Here's a great chance to raise money for a good cause and get fit at the same time.

Sue Bickell runs monthly belly dancing classes at Holy Trinity Church at Shaw Village Centre and she's inviting women and men to come along on Saturday 15 November, 11am to 1pm, for a sponsored belly dancing class in aid of Macmillan Cancer Relief.

"Belly dancing is a great way to tone up the pelvic floor, hips, knees and back and to improve posture," said Sue. "My father died from cancer last year and we had tremendous support from Macmillan nurses. They really were wonderful and raising money for Macmillan is one way of thanking them."

Sue started her classes in March and the charity belly dance takes place just before she goes on holiday to Egypt where she will be taking advanced lessons to develop her technique.

Call Sue on 870705 or 0790 555 2360 for details of the charity belly dance and future classes.
