Buyers interested in finding out about new homes in North Swindon now have a central point to start their search.

The Priory Vale visitor centre at junction 8 on Thames-down Drive brings together details from house builders in the area and provides up to date information about the 5,500 home development.

Copies of the latest edition of The Link magazine's much sought after North Swindon map and brochures and pamphlets of local interest will be available.

The sheer size and complexity of Priory Vale means this hub will serve a vital role in providing information over the first six or seven years of development.

The building was designed by Nigel Warren of Nigel Clark Architects and the interior was completed by Jane Clayton and Company. Contractors EW Beard built the temporary structure on land that will eventually be returned for development in the Haydon End urban village of Priory Vale.

Receptionists at the visitor centre will be able to advise on the types of houses being built in the area and provide directions to individual developer show homes.

Priory Vale show centre is open every day, 10am to 6pm, and can be contacted on 0800 072 5550 or via e-mail: info@prioryvale.com
