Swindon Church on TV

The Golden Cavalier in St Mary's overlooks Simon Jenkins and keeper of Lydiard House Sarah Finch-Crisp during filming in May for the Autumn TV series

St Mary's will feature in a Channel 4 series in October based on the well received book Britain's 1000 Best Churches by Simon Jenkins.

The flower festival is an excellent time to visit the church to view its magnificent monuments decorated with spectacular flower displays.
