Haydon Wick Parish Council has announced a new Companions Cafe group starting on 16 May.
A spokesperson said: "Inviting all companions of those living with dementia.
"Join us at the Companions Café, a warm and welcoming safe space for those caring for loved ones living with dementia. Share your experiences, find support, and connect with others who truly understand."
The cafe will be open on every third Thursday of the month from 10am to 11.30am at the parish council's Thames Avenue headquarters.
Those who attend are promised a variety of resources including guest speakers sharing valuable advice, and there will be limited spaces for loved ones to attend, supported by experienced volunteers.
