Dame Kelly Holmes visits Swindon on 24 September
Ever wondered what it would be like to have a fitness programme developed for you by an Olympic Gold Medallist?
Well now you can find out. Dame Kelly Holmes, who struck gold in both the 800m and 1,500m finals in Athens in 2004 will be at the De Vere Village Hotel, Swindon Saturday 24th September to promote Perfect Fit, a new fitness programme that she has designed in association with Village Hotels.
This great new programme, exclusively available at Village Health & Fitness combines unique, motivational exercise programmes with fun, social clubs including running, walking, dancing, table tennis, golf and much more. There are even programmes for the entire family to enjoy.
The De Vere Village Swindon completed an extensive £5m refurbishment in March 2011 which includes stylish new bedrooms, Starbucks coffee house, Victory pub and kitchen and Buca Di Beppo, America’s favourite Italian Restaurant, not to mention the amazing new Health and Fitness club.
Gary Davis, CEO of Village Hotels, said, “We’re all really excited about Dame Kelly’s visit. We’re inviting everyone in the Swindon area to come down and meet Kelly and hear her amazing story of achieving goals, staying motivated and winning two Olympic Gold medals. It will be a great chance to interact with Kelly and find out about Perfect Fit.
"Not only will there be fitness activities hosted by Dame Kelly, there will also be a kids mini-Olympics and then share her amazing life story with all including a questions and answers session and book signing and photo’s opportunity.
