Managers at Swindon's futuristic Cellular Operations headquarters on the edge of Peatmoor Lagoon need all the help they can get when it comes to window cleaning. So an offer by children from Woodlands Kindergarten could not be refused.

Twenty under fives accompanied by parents were given a guided tour on early September before setting to on the acres of glass. One of their buckets was kept empty so that it could be passed around the ranks of hard working call centre staff. Their donations raised £50. Kindergarten parent Samantha Street approached the company with the idea. She said, "We thought our help would be a good way of raising our profile. The children and staff have always been fascinated by the building."
