Swap your tinned goods for a toned body with Curves Swindon

Curves, the world’s largest fitness franchise for women is launching a major charity food drive as part of a global initiative to mark International Women’s Day.

The 240 Curves clubs across the UK are participating in an initiative to build a giant food bank for local charities. As well as asking their existing members to donate bags of groceries, any new member who joins Curves up to and including 14 March will have their joining fee waived in favour of foodstuff! Meaning you can manage your weight as well as your wallet - whilst doing your bit for charity

All food collected by Curves Swindon will be donated to Swindon Women’s Refuge charity.

Kathryn, Manager of Curves Swindon: “We always receive a huge amount of support for our annual food drive and last year Curves managed to raise 3,354,806 kilos of food globally and 29,460 kilos in the UK alone.  We’re delighted to be able to show our support for Women’s Day but also do our bit for the Swindon Women’s Refuge charity.”

Curves offers a unique 30 minute express workout and a supportive environment dedicated to helping women become fit for life through exercise and diet. The workout is based on a scientifically approved mix of cardio vascular exercise, resistance training and stretching which works every major muscle group. The new Curves 30 day cycle weight management plan provides permanent results without permanent dieting.
