Only a week remains for people to have their say on Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Authority’s Community Safety Plan.

The authority serves more than 1.45m residents across Swindon, Wiltshire, Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole and Dorset.

The organisation is now inviting feedback on its Community Safety Plan, which sets out its key priorities until 2028.

Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Authority has a variety of staff and equipment to help support the area including:

  • 50 fire stations
  • More than 1,000 wholetime and on-call firefighters
  • Over 70 fire engines and a large number of specialist support vehicles
  • A Service Control Centre, answering 999 emergency calls 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year

The deadline for feedback is at 9am on Friday 3 May.
